About

Paul Batshedi More was born in 1968 in Molepolole, 50 kilometres west of Botswana’s capital city Gaborone. He lives with his family in Gaborone, Botswana. He is a qualified real estate professional and well experienced on the development, management and investment disciplines of property.

Paul has served as the head of property development for the largest residential property developer in Botswana and has also acted as the head of investment promotion for the country’s largest investment promotion agency.

He has occupied senior leadership roles in several corporate entities in Botswana. For his last position, Paul served as the CEO of a successful listed property fund.

A fulfilling triad of factors gives him purpose in life, one; generously sharing with others his knowledge and the hope of a better tomorrow, two; the nuptial bliss he enjoys with his wife Connie, three; reveling in the joy of raising his two daughters Phatsimo and Kobamo alongside his wife, and watching gleefully as the girls gradually grow into beautiful young women.

Paul has schooled, lived and worked in Reading and London in the UK. He is an alumnus of the University of Reading as well as City University (now CASS) business School based in London. Paul is a world-wise consummate writer, avid reader and ardent traveler.

He borrowed extensively from his experiences in the corporate world and his adventures in traveling to six of the seven continents of the world to breathe verisimilitude into his first gripping, dynamic and inspirational work of fiction.

He excels in the graphic painting of emotions and inventive word-pictures which blend impassioned artistic creativity and compelling plausibility in perfectly balanced doses for the reader’s enjoyment.

Paul is a regular contributor to one of the well-respected national newspapers in Botswana.

Most of his articles are normally credited to his nom de plume.

In the main, his captivating and well-researched articles are an easy-read and tend to focus on thought-provoking issues of socio-economic interest.

They have done well in stimulating online invigorating debates. He reads extensively on various subjects and has always considered informing himself a mandatory personal mission.

Paul has traveled, in many cases on holiday with his family, to most of the countries mentioned in this book, such as Antigua, Australia, Brazil, China, France, Japan, India, Mozambique, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, the UK, the US and the UAE.
